6.12A.3. Development standard
Answer
The title IV-E agency is required per paragraph 1355.53(a)(3) to use a single development standard. However, title IV-E agencies may select a development standard that accommodates variations in their development approach. For example, the development standard may apply certain requirements for one set of conditions and other requirements for other conditions.
