How to Print the Manual

The manual can be viewed and printed by clicking on links below. It is also provided in Portable Document Format (PDF) format. PDF documents need to be viewed with the Adobe Acrobat Reader that can be downloaded for free. Adobe provides accessibility features for users with visual impairments.

You can print the manual in three ways:

1. Print the entire Policy Manual
2. Print by section, any one of the nine main policy areas (example: 2. CAPTA)
3. Print by subsection, any one of the subdivisions (example: 2.1.B Appeals)
